Our denim garment factory in Foshan covers the full stack: blue jeans, denim shorts and woven bottoms, from fabric fabric mills (10–14oz, rigid & stretch — see our denim fabric guide), wash development (including whiskering and hand-scrap fades) and wash sampling handled in-house at our Foshan production facility (enzyme, stone, ozone, hand scrap), and trim sourcing for rivets, buttons and patches. Silhouettes from wide-leg baggy to tapered straight, graded S–XXL or custom size sets.
MOQ starts at 100 pcs per style per color, mixed sizes allowed. Wash development takes 7–14 days; bulk production 60 days with pre-shipment QC reports checked against our quality control checklist.
