Our garment manufacturing operations are based in Foshan, Guangdong, one of China’s major apparel manufacturing hubs. Our international business team is located in Changsha, Hunan, providing overseas customers with efficient communication, project follow-up and order management.

Yes. We welcome customers and partners to visit our manufacturing facilities in Foshan. A factory visit allows you to understand our production process, quality control procedures and manufacturing capabilities. Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable visiting schedule.

Yes. We have served customers in more than 50 countries, supporting brands, wholesalers and retailers with OEM, ODM and private label production.

We operate 12 production lines supported by experienced production workers, technicians, merchandisers and quality control personnel. Our production setup is designed to handle different apparel categories and order requirements with flexible manufacturing arrangements.

Our monthly production capacity exceeds 100,000 pieces, allowing us to manage small-batch development, repeat orders and large-volume production. This means we can support a 100-piece trial order and scale with you as volumes grow, without changing supplier.

Our production team includes experienced garment workers, technicians and quality control personnel who support different stages of manufacturing, from sample development and bulk production to final inspection and packing.

Our MOQ depends on the product type and customization requirements. For customized OEM and ODM production, our standard MOQ starts from 100 pieces per style and colour. For in-stock styles, our MOQ starts from 50 pieces. Tell us your preferred styles and quantity, and we will confirm stock availability. For many custom menswear programs, sizes can be mixed within the minimum quantity for one style and one colour. Different colours or distinct patterns may require separate minimum quantities. Yes. Sample development is an important part of our production process. Before bulk production we help customers confirm product details including fabric, measurements, construction and finishing requirements. See how sample development works.

Sample development usually takes around 7–14 days, depending on the complexity of the product and the availability of fabrics and trims. We confirm the sampling schedule before starting.

Production time depends on product category, quantity, materials and customization requirements. Generally, bulk production takes 60 days after sample approval and confirmation of all production details. We provide a clear production timeline before starting each project. We usually work with T/T payment terms. Specific arrangements depend on order details, project requirements and cooperation history. Our team will confirm payment terms before production begins.

Send your artwork, logo dimensions, placement, garment fabric and colour, quantity by style and colour, and a visual reference for the finish you expect. Embroidery, transfer prints and raised embossing have different sample and setup requirements, so confirm feasibility, physical references and any tooling costs before approving production. We manufacture T-shirts, polo shirts, knitwear, denim jeans, hoodies and sweatshirts, jackets and outerwear, custom casual pants and cargo pants. Quality control is integrated throughout our production process. Our team checks product quality at key stages, including fabric inspection, sample approval, cutting and sewing, finishing and final inspection before shipment. We confirm fabric composition, weight, colour and hand-feel during sample development, and inspect incoming materials before production starts. Before shipment our quality team inspects finished garments for measurements, workmanship, colour consistency, labelling and packing. Inspection results are reviewed before goods are released for shipping.
