CVC — a cotton-rich blend — keeps much of that feel while improving shape retention and reducing sensitivity to shrinkage, and is common in everyday branded tees. Polyester is chosen for performance styles and sublimation, where the print process is designed to work with polyester fibres. Blends are used when a program needs a specific balance of cost, durability and hand feel.
Fabric weight is specified separately from fibre. Lightweight jersey suits warm-weather and promotional tees, mid-weight fabric is the menswear default for everyday retail, and heavier weights support structured, boxy and oversized silhouettes. The right combination follows from the intended fit, the decoration method and the target price point rather than from any single number.

Basic, Fashion and Private Label Tees
The tee line covers two ends of the same programme. A basic tee — 160–180 GSM cotton jersey, regular fit, one or two colours — is the volume product most brands reorder every season. A fashion tee carries the season: heavyweight 240–300 GSM jersey, boxy or oversized blocks, garment dye, acid wash, gradient wash, puff print or chain-stitch applique. Both run on the same line, so a range can start with a basic and add a fashion style without changing supplier.

Private Label T-Shirts
Private label t shirts can carry your own branding at every touchpoint: custom woven or printed main labels, neck labels, size labels, hangtags and packaging, alongside printing or embroidery on the garment itself. Label artwork, neck label position and hangtag requirements are normally confirmed at the same time as the garment specification, so labels and garment are sampled together rather than applied afterwards.

Quality Control
Quality inspection can be carried out according to agreed specifications, with AQL 2.5 used when required by the order. Fabric weight, measurements, workmanship, decoration, labels and packing are checked against the approved sample. In-House Print and Embroidery Services
If you need decorated garments rather than plain blanks, screen print, DTG, 3D puff, foil and embroidery all run in house on the same site as the sewing lines.
